We may also keep a record of our communications, your booking details, invoices, payment confirmations, and service preferences.

For a photography session, a parent or guardian may provide details needed to plan the session, such as a child's age or birthday, preferred theme, and relevant practical instructions. During a session, we create photographs and, where included in the package, video of the participants. Please do not send sensitive medical or financial information through our enquiry forms unless we specifically need it to provide an agreed service and have asked for it through an appropriate channel.

When you use the website, technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and approximate usage information may be collected by the website and its analytics tools. Cookies or similar technologies may be used for website operation, analytics, and, if enabled, advertising measurement.

If you submit a Facebook or Instagram Instant Form, Meta may pre-fill information from your Meta account. We receive the contact details and answers you submit to that form. Meta also handles information on its platforms under its own privacy policy.

We use information to answer enquiries; discuss availability, packages, and pricing; plan and deliver photography sessions; provide proofs, edited photographs, albums, frames or videos; manage bookings and payments; provide customer support; and maintain our business records. Submitting an enquiry asks us to contact you about that enquiry. It does not by itself give us permission to send unrelated promotional messages. If we offer a separate choice to receive offers or updates, you may opt in to those messages and ask us to stop them at any time.

We do not treat a session booking, enquiry, or payment as permission to publish identifiable photographs or videos of a child or family in our public portfolio, on social media, or in paid advertisements. We will request separate permission from the appropriate parent or guardian before using identifiable session images for those purposes. You may contact us to discuss any permission you have given.

We share information only as needed to run the service. Depending on how you contact us and which services you choose, this may include providers of website hosting, email, messaging, customer-management and file-storage tools, payment or banking services, and printing or album production. We may also receive enquiries through Meta's Facebook and Instagram services and communicate with you through WhatsApp. These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy notices where applicable.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to respond to a lawful request, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Some service providers may process or store information outside India. Where that happens, we will handle the information in accordance with applicable requirements and use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service.
